Bhongolethu Foundation

The Bhongolethu Foundation is a community development non-profit organisation that provides schooling for children from 2 years old (Kindergarten) to Grade 6 (12 year olds) . We will open Grade 7 (13 year olds) in 2025 to be a complete Kindergarten and Primary School. Our Kindergarten is on one property in Masiphumelele and in close proximity is our Primary School. We own all our properties. We have a total of 190 children at our schools. We strive to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for our children.

Bhongolethu provides a safe, calm and relaxed learning environment where each unique child is developed successfully according to their specific needs. It is a place where we value positive reinforcement and praise, where children want to come to be and learn. We wish to instill confidence in learners, to encourage them to take risks in their learning and to fulfill their dreams.
