Colorful trees for our city
Gutsstrasse 4

We would like to start a new tradition in the anniversary year and, starting in 2019, plant a tree in our city for each and every one of our graduates. These trees should be colorfully decorated, painted or dressed up in some way "in the "Waldorf manner". The colorful decoration is a sign of diversity and individuality, but above all these trees are planted in the name of environmental protection. We want to plant trees to help Contribute to CO2 reduction And with this wonderful thought in mind, we will encourage our children and parents to grow and plant small trees themselves from chestnuts, acorns, beeches, etc., either in their own garden or on our school grounds. in the form of a small tree nursery. With good care, the colorful trees for our graduates will have emerged from these specially grown trees in a few years and can be planted in suitable places in the city. We really want to share this project with the world, because we think the idea that we can reduce CO2 by planting trees is incredibly hopeful feeling full and creative. We are very happy when people in many Waldorf institutions around the world want to join this idea: Let's grow small trees together and then plant them as big, colorful trees in our area!
