Caring for the Woods

Caring for the Woods would be a project based on different levels of values (environmental consciousness, social developement, engagement in developing and learning through the actual process of doing etc.) that would be implemented through interactive 3-day camping workshop for children (mixed age) in the forest environment. The camp would consist of several actions and workshops actively changing (based on the rhythm of the day): morning excercise, breakfast, singing and playing, handworking with natural materials (building a tree house, garbage can, bird feeder, beehive, piece of clothing etc.), learning about the species of local animals and plants etc. The whole Caring for the Woods would get its own 20 minute movie about the project that would be followed by a theme song of the project.
