Sunrise School of Miami

Sunrise School of Miami (SSoM) is an associate member of the Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America (WECAN) and an applicant for association with the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA). Founded in 2005, SSoM operates in an ample, treed campus in suburban Miami-Dade County, serving a diverse community of families who ascribe to Anthroposophy and the precepts of Rudolf Steiner for Waldorf Education. Our talented faculty and staff, trained at AWSNA certified training centers, provides a holistic, experiential education in the Waldorf tradition that includes robust academics, instruction in Spanish and Mandarin, handwork, woodworking, musical instruments, choral singing, gardening, drama etc.
