The Lindens Kindergarten

The Lindens is a Steiner Waldorf Early Years setting for children between the age of 2 1/2 and 6 years. In our two kindergarten groups, we nurture a caring atmosphere with a focus on learning through play, in a location at the heart of a friendly community. We also have parent and child groups for children aged 0-3 and their parents/carers.

​We are located on Lower Street within walking distance of Stroud's town centre, in a Georgian home in an urban conservation area that has been a part of the Steiner Waldorf Early Years community for 35 years.

​We also have a beautiful garden that the children spend time in every day. Here they can move freely and explore the outdoor world. There is a vegetable patch, a straw bale play house, a sand pit, and a mud kitchen.
